What is the Dress Attire for the event?
The Event is Dressy-Casual. Most woman choose to wear cocktail dresses or pant suits. Men typically are in a nice shirt and slacks. We also have guest in suits and ballroom gowns.
What is a Group Name?
The group name is a name you pick and share with the people you want to be seated with. It’s what is used when we create the seating arrangements. No matter when your tickets are purchased as long as the ballroom is not sold out we seat everyone using the same group name together. There are ten to a table. If you have more than ten in your group you’ll be seated at tables next to each other. It’s important that when you purchase tickets to know the group name and the ballroom your group is purchasing seats in.
Can I go into both Ballrooms?
You can mingle between both Ballrooms anytime throughout the event. Your ticket will give you a reserved seat in the Ballroom of your choice for dinner service.
Where do we pick up our wristbands to get into the event?
There will be an event registration table in the lobby outside the grand ballroom, with attendants ready to check you into the event at 3:00pm until 9:00pm
What is the age allowed at the event?
All guests in the ballrooms must be over 21 years of age.
What type of alcohol will be at the bars?
Bars are open 7:15pm-12:30am. Bud Light and Bud Select draft, Cabernet, Zinfandel and Chardonnay wines, Beefeaters Gin, Smirnoff Vodka, J&B Scotch, Bacardi Rum, Canadian Club, Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila, Jim Beam Bourbon plus a variety of mixers, soft drinks and coffee.
What type of Meal is served?
The 3 course meal being served this year will include a Salad: Iceberg and Romaine Lettuces with Shredded Carrot and Peppercorn Dressing. Top Sirloin with Steak Butter And Chicken Breast Served with Lobster & Shrimp Cream Sauce. Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Green Beans and Bread and Butter. Plus a Lemon Berry Mascarpone Cake for dessert!
What if I have a food allergy?
The hotel can accommodate most food allergies. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact the chef and get back to you with options.
What time can we get into the Grand Ballroom and the Grand Pavilion?
Both Ballroom doors open at 7:00pm
What time can we get to the hotel if we have overnight accommodations?
Check in is 3:00pm. Check out is noon New Year’s Day
I purchased a VIP Package, how do I reserve a hotel room?
Your hotel room reservation was made when you purchased your tickets and is held under the name on the VIP ticket. You’ll need to show your I.D. upon check in. You will also need a Credit Card at check in for incidentals such as room service. Nothing will be charged to your card without your approval.
How do I request what type of room I need, King Room or Double Room?
You will make that request at check in. Your room request will be granted as long as there are rooms of that type available. The closer to 3:00 you check in the better the chance of getting the room type you want.
Is breakfast included in the VIP package?
Breakfast is not included with the event. There is a Starbucks and a Restaurant in the lobby of the hotel serving breakfast on New Year’s Day for an additional cost.
